Regulatory Information

EPA Registrations
All products that claim to kill something must be registered with both Federal and State Environmental Agencies. This requirement covers disinfectants, germicidal cleaners and insecticides. All Apollo products covered by this requirement are already registered with the Federal EPA and many state agencies. Customers wishing to private label a registered product should contact Apollo. Our regulatory department will walk you through the registration process.

MSDS
All chemical products must have an OSHA mandated Material Safety Data Sheet. These sheets must be provided to buyers. All Apollo branded products have an MSDS in every carton. This service is available to private label and contract customers as well. In the case of custom formulated products Apollo will prepare a master MSDS for the customer.

VOC's
Many products contain Volatile Organic Compounds, the chemicals that can contribute to smog. New Federal Regulations require production records be kept on all covered products. The records must be kept by the company whose name is on the label or a designated record keeper. Apollo maintains records for all Apollo branded products. Apollo can also act as record keeper for any private label or contract customer. Our regulatory department can provide the simple form that will allow us to maintain these records for you.
