Apollo's Facilities
In addition to filling all sizes of steel aerosol cans, Apollo also fills aluminum cans from a diameter of 25mm and greater. We are able to fill non-pressurized liquid products in a variety of highly customized containers ranging in size from 4 ounces to 55 gallon drums. Also, we currently package an array of liquid fill towelette containers. Closures include twist-on, trigger sprayers and crimped pumps. We fill lithographed containers and can also apply paper labels, pressure sensitive roll labels, sleeves, and silk screen printing as well as the latest roll fed litho-look laminated polypropylene film labels.

Our corporate headquarters in metro Atlanta comprises over 200,000 square feet in production and utilized local warehousing with three fill lines which include full automation and have the capacity to fill more than 80 million cans annually. This location, in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia, the gateway to the southeast, makes us prime for distribution in this region. Additionally, our north Georgia facility in Dalton, has 100,000 square feet with three aerosol lines and two liquid filling systems and able to fill more than 50 million aerosol cans and 8 million liquid units per year. Between the two plants there are more than 108,000 gallons of propellant tank storage (DME, hydrocarbon, CO2, Nitrogen), 202,000 gallons of solvent storage and 27,000 gallons of compounding capabilities. Combined annual production capacity exceeds 77 million units. Courteous, efficient and dependable service has been an Apollo commitment for over twenty-five years.
